FrogSky: flight and bus search with carrier prices up front
Booking sites add their margin to the carrier’s price, so the fare you see rarely matches the carrier’s own. FrogSky shows the total carrier price up front.

The problem
Flight and bus aggregators stack their margin on top of the carrier price, so the customer sees a fare the carrier itself never charges.
The gap is widest for intercity buses, where the markup is hardest to justify.
What we built
A search site that shows the total carrier price up front, with no fees added. Flights are compared worldwide, and intercity buses across Türkiye are a separate flow.
Price watches and one-tap links to each carrier’s own tracker sit beside the results.

How it is built
A Next.js site with two product lines under one brand.
- Framework
- Next.js
- Products
- Flights compared worldwide, and intercity buses in Türkiye as their own flow
- Pricing
- The carrier’s total price, with no markup or service fee
- Tracking
- Links straight to each carrier’s tracker
Results
