Integrations that keep your tools in step

Accounting, payments, payroll and email connected to the software you run. Enter it once; every tool agrees.

Our approach

Most businesses pay for five or six tools and someone re-types between them every week. The real cost is the disagreement: an invoice paid in one place and still open in another.

We build the connections into your software, so each record is typed once. Our QuickBooks connection runs on our own Intuit app, approved for production.

One record, every tool

One booking through every tool, including the minute one was down.

An activity log: a booking for Birch Hill Inn is saved, QuickBooks gets the invoice and Brevo emails the pay link. The guest pays by card through Stripe and the invoice is marked paid in QuickBooks. When QuickBooks stops answering, the change is queued and retried a minute later with the same request id, so nothing is recorded twice.

  • Entered once. Every other tool follows.
  • Never doubled. A retry can’t bill twice.
  • Failures you can see. Stuck items wait with a Retry button.

What is included

  1. A map of your tools

Which record lives where, and which way it moves.

  2. Accounting

QuickBooks Online and Desktop, kept in step both ways.

  3. Payments

Stripe and QuickBooks Payments, marked paid everywhere.

  4. Payroll and hiring

Gusto payroll figures and Checkr background checks.

  5. Email, texts, calendars

    Brevo, Twilio and Google Calendar.

  6. Data and AI

Google Sheets, reports and AI on your own records.

How the work runs

Built with QuickBooks Online API, Stripe API, Gusto API, OAuth 2.0, Signed webhooks and PostgreSQL.

  1. Walk through

An hour on your tools, then a fixed scope and price.

  2. Build on test accounts

Shown on a preview link, never your real books.

  3. Connect

You sign in to each tool. We never see passwords.

  4. Look after

Monthly checks, and updates when a tool changes.

Who it is for

  • A bookkeeper re-typing your bookings or jobs into QuickBooks.
  • Customers asking if your software connects to QuickBooks, Stripe or Gusto.
  • Hours, checks and pay living in different tools.

Questions

Which tools can you connect?

The ones on this page are tools we have connected for clients: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Stripe, QuickBooks Payments, Gusto, Checkr, Brevo, Twilio, Telegram, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, IDX Broker, OpenAI and Anthropic. Most tools with a documented API can be connected; the first walk-through says whether yours can before you pay.

Do you work with QuickBooks Online or Desktop?

Both. QuickBooks Online connects through Intuit’s API with a one-click sign-in, under our own Intuit app, which Intuit has approved for production. QuickBooks Desktop connects through Intuit’s Web Connector, which syncs on a schedule from the computer that runs QuickBooks.

Why not use Zapier?

Zapier is good for simple hand-offs. It copies fields from one tool to another, charges per task and can fail without anyone noticing. A built integration knows your rules, such as a deposit and its balance being one deal, never records anything twice, and shows you anything that did not go through.

Do you see our passwords?

No. You sign in to each tool yourself and approve what the connection can do. The software receives a key that reaches only your account, stored encrypted, and you can disconnect it from your software or from the tool at any time.

What happens if one of the tools is down?

The change waits in a queue and is retried automatically, from a minute later up to twelve hours later. Each retry carries the same request id where the tool supports one, so nothing is recorded twice. Anything still failing shows on a list with a Retry button.

Are there extra fees?

You keep your own subscriptions to each tool, and its own fees, such as card fees. We charge no per-transaction fee. Most developer programs are free at small-business volume; if one of yours ever needed a paid tier, the scope says so with the figure.

Can you connect the software we already have?

Often, yes, if it has a database or an API we can work with. If it does not, we say so in the scope and suggest the smallest change that would make it possible.

Will our accountant or office have to change how they work?

No. They keep working in the tools they know. We agree the accounts, items and settings with them before anything is written, so records land where they expect them.
